After a brief foray into the advertising world, I’ve learned how to bridge brand and product thinking. These days, I focus on optimising brands for digital - making sure they look, feel, and behave consistently across every touchpoint.

Worked to translate Farrow & Ball’s refreshed brand identity into the digital space, ensuring its heritage character was preserved while feeling modern and coherent online. Alongside this, we refined the buying journey to make it more efficient and brand-led, creating a smoother, more engaging path that supported conversion.
JET2 HOLIDAYS
Simplifying holiday bookings with AI
Led a discovery phase exploring where AI could add the most value within Jet2’s digital ecosystem.
Working closely with in-house teams, we identified the package-holiday journey as the biggest opportunity to enhance user experience and increase conversion.
We designed and tested concepts showing how AI could simplify planning and booking from smarter recommendations to conversational assistance - creating a more intuitive, enjoyable and efficient customer experience.

Future travel with agentic AI
As part of a pitch to become easyJet’s lead digital agency, I helped envision what their customer experience could look like in an agentic world, five years in the future. We created The Joy of Easy - a concept that reframed holiday booking as simple and enjoyable again.
Through agentic AI, we showed how a personal travel companion could remove complexity, anticipate needs, and make planning holidays seamless.
